What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all Ezlo and Centralite products. For products from other brands, return policies may differ depending on the supplier. Please refer to the product page or contact our support team for more information regarding brand-specific return terms.
What devices are compatible with Ezlo Plus?
Ezlo Plus works with Z-Wave and Zigbee certified devices from most major manufacturers (e.g., Yale, Schlage, Kwikset for locks; GE, Philips, Aeotec for sensors, bulbs, etc.). It does not support Wi-Fi-only or Bluetooth devices.
Can I migrate my setup from a Vera hub to Ezlo Plus?
Migration from older Vera hubs is not always possible and we don’t claim it. While some devices may transfer, not all features or custom setups are guaranteed to move seamlessly, especially from very old Vera models. Please check our migration guide for details.
My lock or device won’t connect—what could be wrong?
- Ensure your device is Z-Wave or Zigbee certified and supported.
- Check that your device is not already paired with another hub (exclude/reset it first).
- Make sure both your hub and device firmware are up to date.
- Keep the device close to the hub during pairing.
Will Ezlo Plus work with Bluetooth or Wi-Fi-only devices?
No. Ezlo Plus does not control Bluetooth or Wi-Fi-only smart devices. It only supports Z-Wave and Zigbee products.
My Schlage lock or other device is “non-controllable” after setup. What do I do?
If a device becomes unresponsive, try excluding it and re-pairing. Follow recovery steps in the user guide, or contact customer support for advanced troubleshooting.
How does Ezlo Plus connect to my home network?
Ezlo Plus can connect to your home network using either Wi-Fi or an Ethernet cable. For best performance and stability, ensure your Wi-Fi signal is strong where you place the hub, or use a wired connection if possible.
What should I do if a device won’t pair after multiple attempts?
- Double-check device compatibility.
- Exclude or reset the device.
- Restart your hub and try the pairing process again.
