Ezlo HARC stands for Ezlo Home Assistant Remote Access. It is the $7.50/month package, or $74.95/year. It includes everything in Ezlo Connection, 90 days of unlimited video storage, and Ezlo Home Assistant Remote Access.

New configurable AI dashboards for Ezlo Sense are coming soon. Customers will be able to modify and configure dashboards based on what matters to them.
If your Vera setup depends on cloud-connected services and you do not choose a package before August 1, 2026, you should expect service interruption.
Integrations that communicate directly with the Vera hub over your local network, such as a Home Assistant integration using the local IP address of the Vera hub, should continue to work as long as they do not rely on Vera/Ezlo cloud APIs.
Any integration, plugin, automation, custom API, or third-party service that uses Vera/Ezlo cloud APIs, cloud authentication, cloud relay, remote access, or cloud endpoints will require a supported cloud package after August 1, 2026.

On plan upgrades, the effect is immediate and charges are prorated, as applicable. On plan downgrades, the change is effective at the end of the current term.
